Payment Method
All major credit cards are accepted through the safe and secure paypal. You do not need to have a paypal account in order to purchase.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is included in the cost of the item if shipping within the Continental United States.

If you live outside the US, please click small banner to add shipping. International shipping is $4. Please be aware that you will be responsible for all additional duties and taxes applicable to shipments of merchandise to locations outside the United States

Shipping Method
Shipping is handled via the US postal Service, standard mail. I go to the post office once a week to drop off. Expect your order with 1-2 weeks.

Out of Stock Items
If the item you order is out of stock, IF will notify you via email and ship that item out to you as soon as stock is refilled.

Returns
If an item is damaged in the mail, please save the damaged packaging and notify penny@illustrationfriday.com within 2 days.

Or if you are unsatisfied with an item, please notify penny@illustrationfriday.com within 2 days to arrange for a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping. I'll provide the address where you can ship your returned item and either credit your Paypal account or send out your new item.
